Open daily. Officially, hours are 5:00 pm until midnight. But - at least on weekdays - the bar sometimes does not get opened up until after 6:00 pm

This bar is located at ground level within a small, two-story strip mall shopping area (Ekkamai Shopping Mall) that is located in the northeast corner on the Intersection of Ekkamai Soi 10 and Ekkamai Road, opposite a large Health Land spa and massage facility that is located in the southeast corner of the intersection.

Especially at night, the brightly lit bar can bee sen easily from Ekkamai Soi 10.

The bar faces onto the mall parking lot, so parking is available right there.

This bar has six draft beers on tap, and they are generally all Golden Coins brand beers – ostensibly all brewed outside of Thailand, and then imported back into the country.  They do not sell bottled beers.

All beers are poured from a tap area that is just outside – and framing – the bar entrance-way.

When the bar is not busy, most customers simply sit at the small bar counter that encircles the tap area.

The inside of the bar is rather simple – just long rustic tables and stools – able to seat about 30 people, comfortably.  In the photo below, the exterior tap area can be seen through the open doorway just below and to the left of the letter”G”.  The customer entrance-way is dirctly behind the orange brick wall at right center of the photo below.

Near the windows at the back of the photo below, just inside  the entrance-way, is a  small bandstand area where musicians sometime perform – generally on weekend nights.

Both of the above photos were taken from the rear of the bar, where a small passageway leads to a small toilet (unremarkable, but serviceable), and to the kitchen.

The menu here is rather limited, and availability of specific items is sporadic.  They seems to have a relationship with the Meat & Bones barbecue restaurant at The Commons mall on Thonglor Soi 17. I guess maybe they outsource to that restaurant for takeaway service, to serve at the taproom.

The bar is owned and operated by Khun Piek, who is a frequent visitor, and who sometimes tends bar.

Most of the time, there is no table service, or very unresponsive table service – you generally have to go to the tap area to order, then wait for your beer to be poured and handed to you- and you then return to your seat.

A smoking area is available outside – and patrons may also smoke at the outside bar counter that is  next to the taps.
